5. Legal Restrictions
Without limiting the undermentioned provisions, you understand that laws regarding financial contracts vary throughout the world, and it is your responsibility to make sure you properly comply with any law, regulation, or guideline in your country of residence regarding the use of the Site. To avoid any doubt, the ability to access our Site does not necessarily mean that our Services and/or your activities through the Site are legal under the laws, regulations, or directives relevant to your country of residence. 10. Trading Cancellation
allianceoptimus reserves the right in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel services, and/or refuse to distribute profits to any person for legitimate reasons, including, without limitation:
• if allianceoptimus has reason to believe that a person’s activities on the Site may be illegal;
• if allianceoptimus may be harmed by any fiscal or pecuniary damage due to anyone’s activities;
• if allianceoptimus considers that one or more operations on the Site were made in violation of this Agreement.

11. Payment procedure
allianceoptimus finance department supervises every withdrawal request submitted. Identification documents along with a Deposit Confirmation Form must be submitted for any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be charged a transaction fee of the following: 50.00 USD/GBP/EURO for wire transfers; 25.00 USD/GBP/EURO for credit cards plus a processing fee of 10.00 USD/7.00 EUR/5.00 GBP; 25.00 USD/GBP/EURO for ePayments. A levy of 20% of the withdrawal amount will be charged upfront to any withdrawal from an account that has not executed more than 200 times in turnover and/or from accounts that have not been verified. Minimum withdrawal for wire transfers is 250.00 USD/GBP/EURO. Minimum withdrawal on any other method is 100.00 USD/GBP/EURO. Any delay in submitting the required documents may result in a delayed process of your withdrawal request. When a withdrawal request is submitted, allianceoptimus may take up to 3 business days to process the request. When your application is approved please wait for 5 to 7 additional business days before seeing your funds in your account. In any case the funds will be visible in your account within no more than 21 business days. If there are any fees to clear such as Broker fees and/or Conversion fees and/or Processing fees, the payment will be in fiat currencies and will not be deducted from the Cryptocurrency Investment account. If the client will not clear the payment of the fees within the given time frame, allianceoptimus will be able to charge a “failure to pay penalty”.

12. Bonus
allianceoptimus provides attractive reward features to its new and regular clients. Bonuses and one-time trading credits are part of allianceoptimus promotions program. These bonuses are limited by time and conditions and are subject to change. To withdraw your bonus, you will be asked to perform a trading volume of at least 10 times for each $1 bonus. The bonus can be withdrawn only when the foregoing stipulation has been fully respected and fulfilled. Any withdrawal of funds from an account made before completing the terms of the bonus will be immediately canceled and removed from the account. Any indication of fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage, or other forms of deceptive or fraudulent activity based on the provision of the bonus will invalidate the account and any profits or losses collected.

13. Limited Liability
We are committed to ensuring the continuity of the Services on the Site. However, we assume no responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, interruption, delay, defect, in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alteration of the Site or Services. 14. Refund policy
The client is entitled to a full refund of his unused funds. In case the client’s funds are lost, there are no refunds for these funds and the company will not be held responsible. In order to receive the refund, the client needs to present full KYC documents. After having these documents, we will process the request and the company will refund the funds to the same deposit method given by the client at first within 7 business days excluding transfer fees.

•The Investment funds will be transferred in terms of Bitcoins into a cryptocurrency wallet under the identity of the account holder with his documents, full name on the account, phone number, and email address. Funds will be paid hand in hand once fees will be ready in the cryptocurrency wallet.
• Only one account is allowed per person. No gains can be levied on accounts opened under false names or multiple accounts opened by the same person.

You agree not to remove copyright notices or other indications of protected intellectual property rights of any material you print or download from the Site. You will not obtain intellectual property rights, or any right or license to use such material or the Site, other than those set forth herein. Images displayed on the Site are property of allianceoptimus .
